Sunday Snippets #3
I just had one of the longest weeks of my life. Today just could not get any worse… Still, I shall blog to keep an open mind about the things that have happened, and allow myself to lift the weight in my heart and my shoulders by asking you to comment on this situation:
True story: Earlier today, I was robbed. What started off as my extension of helpfulness somewhat turned against me when I tried to help somebody who was looking for the ladies’ room. Apparently, the lady was a theif, and she had an accomplice who was stealing my wallet as I was indicating the location of the ladies’ room. In my wallet was basically my whole identity, and all of my money: cash cards, ATM, IDs, and marriage certificate. I simply thought she was a student who did not know her way around the place. When I learned about the theft, and most importantly of the modus, I was fuming.
Now my question is this: If you saw the lady again, what would you do?

PMC: Now & Then
Okay, here goes another Pinay Mommies Community Weekly Fest. I am joining because I could win a chance to put up an ad for my website and this would in turn get people to visit my website and possibly donate a dollar or two for my “A Dollar, A Mile” thing [see sidebar].
This time around we were asked to post a picture of us when we were younger [THEN], and then another in picture in our current state.. or NOW. 
Luckily, I have some old pictures of myself which my mom sent me sometime ago, so I was able to join! yey!
This is my entry:
I do not know how old I was when those pictures [THEN] were taken. I reckon I was barely a month old in the “baby state” and perhaps 2 years old in the first upper left picture, and around 6 years old in the black-and-white one. That was my yearbook picture when I graduated from Early Childhood School.
The NOW picture was taken a couple of months ago I think. Anyway, I think it speaks perfectly my current state and look. The difference? Well, first of all, I was the baby then, now I have two babies! hehehe.. AND, perhaps when I was younger, I looked better? Teehee.. These days I do not look anything else other than HAGGARD. But no worries, all efforts are dedicated for the better good. Changes physical-wise? Hahaha well, there’s the height, weight, ehrmmm front and end bumpers, and… nothing else.

The photo was taken at “Jo’s By The Sea” by…… I forgot who. We (my colleagues and I) went to Jo’s right after Live’s wedding reception. Many shots were taken (see past post), but this one did not come up before. LOL I’m not really proud of this picture.
