Frugal Chinese: Soiled Condoms as Hair Bands?!

As if the melamine scandal and the lead in toys issue is not enough, China uses recycles soiled condoms in their manufactured hair bands. You know, these types of hair bands which we think are pretty to wear and nice to use.
I mean… eeeeeew!!
