Halloweenie crazy
As of late, I have this crazy urge to go darkside! Well, maybe not really to the dark side of the moon, but I have been really digging the Halloween vibe of the month. It’s just everywhere, you know?
I guess it started with our marathon of Supernatural (TV series). It was really great except that D already finished ahead of me, which is so not fair. I like the show because I learn so much from the snippets of information that they have thrown the fans. I know some people would not have bothered to research the monsters and demons that have been mentioned in the series, but I did – well, anything I learn from the series, I double check online.
See, I have always had this fascination with the things that Supernatural tackles, and even extending to mythology. In fact, my favorite book to lug around when I was younger, was the letter “M” of our beat up encyclopedia and just read the mythology section again and again. Beats my why it interested me then, and why it still does even today. Although I haven’t read a good book on any of these topics as of late.
Anyway, everywhere I go these days – even on the Internet, there are a lot of Halloween themes goodies that I would really like to get into. I feel inspired by the dark themes that it makes me smile. Don’t get me wrong, I am not yet batty.. well.. you know.
Unfortunately, my interest in things that are Halloween related, magic, and all these things have to be celebrated fully on the Internet as in our little home town, its not exactly that much observed. Okay, so there are many creepy crawlies, masks, and costumes being sold at the deparment stores. But there really isn’t much to work with.
At this very moment , I do happen to miss camp minus prison. Because by this time, I think they would be busy planning their entry to the Halloween competition of decorating the part of the office. LOL I liked the dimmed lights, the reddish glow of some covered tubes, fake blood, or whatever theme they have. I even miss the after celebration clean up. LOL Oh well… I guess I shall have to just decorate my space at Parole School with my own Halloween theme 
For now, I shall try to raise funds for my pet at Pet Society, who is beginning to look like a cute.. witch / bat / whatever. 
Same sentiments here, Lurch. I miss The Shoe Factory as Halloween nears.
