I just read a couple of things from my inbox today, and one of these was the weekly question Teacher Julie shares with us. Last time it was about what we look forward this year, and now her question is: “If you were to “reinvent yourself” what would you do?”
My answer:
I have been thinking about a lot of things since the year started. There are so many things that I want to accomplish, and so many things that I want to do. Ironically, over the past few months, I have come to realize how I need to change certain things about myself as well. What better to “reinvent” myself if not through a brand new year?
Some things are still shaky, but I would like to do a couple of things before the end of this year. Ehn and I have been talking, and we realized that this year marks our 25th year in the world. Well, I certainly will not be turning 25 until July, still, you get the picture.

What I would really like to do is:
- Adapt a healthier lifestyle – Admittedly I have been neglectful of my health for the past few years, and well, basically, I simply did not care much whether or not I was healthy. Now, I would like to live healthier – and that means I would have to let go of certain food I love.
- Better care – By better care, I mean that I would have to use certain things that I did not bother using when I was still younger. Oh yes, now I think I may have to drink vitamins, use some girlier stuff such as lotions and all those perfumes / colognes piled on the wall… stuff like that. If Ehn were to say it, I would be “gayer”.
- Look my age – If I have a little bit more of a budget, I would hit the local Ukay2x store and buy myself some clothes that are more age appropriate I guess. I guess I no longer want to look like a tomboy for the rest of my life, so some blouses, dresses, skirts might be a bit appropriate. Sometimes I just look at my peers and feel like I was the tambay and they are those who are mature enough. Bah! I hope you know what I mean.
As far as physical changes goes, I do not think I will do much. Save for a couple of things such as better carriage of myself, learn a bit of poise, and stuff like that. Who knows what will happen eh? More importantly, I think I should just be myself… sadly, right now I still do not know who I am really… I will try to reinvent myself to suit my real self…
well ur certainly trying to adapt to a healthier lifestyle (but go astray from time to time.. teehee). I thot u were using “girly” stuff na?.. and since ur slowly transforming me to look our age, its high time u would too..
i mean *should… hahaha
ah well… try and try until i die huh.
i am trying to use girly stuff.. hehehehehe TRYING is the keyword. i don’t know ehn.. *sigh* so undecided these days.. 
i don’t even want to move.
I need to do that too, get some new clothes that will suit me. I hope no more pants and shirt for me too, time to wear something that will command respect at least, for those who ‘see” and judge others based on their clothes

Hummmphhh I think it’s the tropical weather that convinces us not to use lotions, I meant…bleaaacccchhh it becomes sticky when you’re in the sun! (I use Olay moisturinse for this one it’s effective)
In other aspects I realize that I didn’t “take care” of myself as much as I would so I harangued my mom to buy me make-up! I’m not going super gay but I just acquired a few colors of eyeshadow and a compact… gay much?
I think it’s high time you, scratch that, WE (u, ehn, and me) think about looking more our age eh? I realize that I turn 25 first! (LMAO)
You should take better care of yourself…ur always super tired and ur not a one woman band k? mwaaaaah* love u maot…
Now I’m sure that I should get u and ehn some girly stuff…
hahaha.. there are other moisturizing stuff that are good for the sunny weather z.. like avon’s skin so soft gel-like lotion/moisturizer (i sound like an ad)
… at any rate.. LOL.. make up is good i think…are we growing up? LMAO. we should look our age.. ehn and I need to catch up on your dressing.
